Mr. Massey has represented hundreds of clients as Personal Representatives and Trustees in the administration of estates and trusts in counties across the State of Florida.
Mr. Massey has drafted hundreds of Will & Trust documents for clients across the State of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Massey prepares related estate planning and business succession planning documents including Deeds, Powers of Attorneys, Operating Agreements, Medical Directives, etc.
Mr. Massey has represented beneficiaries and fiduciaries in contested estate & trust matters, and has served as court appointed curator of high-net-worth estates pending outcome of will contests.
Mr. Massey may be able to assist with the following types of cases:
Will Contest. If you have client involved in a Will contest and need a curator or administrator ad litem, Mr. Massey is comfortable serving as a neutral fiduciary to ensure the decedent’s affairs are properly handled while the litigation is pending.
Fiduciary liability. If you have any cases where fiduciary liability is at issue, Mr. Massey may be able to provide assistance as an expert witness.

Mr. Massey is one of less than 300 attorneys in the State of Florida–out of approximately 110,000 licensed attorneys—that is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Wills Trusts, and Estates. In order to attain this distinction, Mr. Massey had to pass a certification exam. In recent years, the Wills, Trusts, and Estates certification exam seldom has a passage rate over 40% and in 2020, the passage rate was under 20%. 2020 was the year that Mr. Massey took—and passed—the certification exam on his first attempt.
