BOARD CERTIFIED IN WILLS, TRUSTS, AND ESTATES SINCE 2020
Mr. Massey is one of less than 300 attorneys in the State of Florida–out of approximately 110,000 licensed attorneys—that is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Wills Trusts, and Estates. In order to attain this distinction, Mr. Massey had to pass a certification exam. In recent years, the Wills, Trusts, and Estates certification exam seldom has a passage rate over 40% and in 2020, the passage rate was under 20%. 2020 was the year that Mr. Massey took—and passed—the certification exam on his first attempt.

- Past member of various non-profit boards and civic organizations in Central Florida.
- Married to Lacey Ehrlich since 2014, and in 2024 they welcomed their son Lawson.
